Constantly pushing herself to improve in her chosen profession, Camron Star has no patience with opponents who aren't willing to work as hard.
"I believe strongly in my work ethic," she declares. "I do what I can to prove that I am the best. I will go to the mat with you and I will beat you there or die trying."
A controversial performer since entering the wrestling business several years ago, Camron has always had a very healthy ego. Whether wrestling cleanly and demonstrating her superb technical skills, or brawling toe-to-toe in an all-out street fight, she's there to win.
"I will out strike, out suplex, out power whoever enters the ring with me," she says, striking a note of defiance. "I'm in it to win, so I'm not afraid to do what it needed to win. It doesn't matter how. I just want another slash in the victory column."
Early in her career, Camron wrestled as the friendly, vivacious cheerleader Allie Spirit, but that side of her died as she confronted the regular brutality of life in a pro wrestling ring. The fans loved her and chanted her name, but her opponents too frequently beat the blazes out of her enroute to victory. They saw her as weak and afraid to fight fire with fire.
That's no longer true. Camron possesses an arsenal of technical skills capable of overcoming most women in the business. But, if those skills fall short, Camron has no trouble reverting to a rulebreaker.
"I don't really care if the fans like me or not," she says as her eyes blaze with anger. ""What matters to me is that people remember the name. Camron Star."
She has a number of finishers in her arsenal including the German suplex, yakuza kick and the Code Breaker. Her skills have made her a popular performer on the independent circuit, where she has wrestled for more than 30 federations. She's also held 15 championships for such well known promotions as CCW, TNW, BWCW, WCWO, WWA, GAW, EWF and ASCW.
"There are some girls in MLW who think they're pretty tough," Camron adds. "We'll see how tough they are when they face me."
